Ghost Mannequin
A ghost mannequin shot shows a garment with volume, as if someone were wearing it, but with no person in it. Vibedesign's Découpe tool does this with AI: upload a photo of the product on a model or mannequin and get a clean, hollow e-commerce image.

Ghost mannequin (also called invisible mannequin) is a product photo technique where a garment is shot on a mannequin and the mannequin is then retouched out. The garment keeps its volume as if someone were wearing it, but no model or mannequin is visible; the inside of the collar and the sleeve openings look natural.
Because it shows the product's cut and form without distraction, marketplaces and online stores use this style widely.
02
The classic method shoots the product on a mannequin, then often again inside-out for the collar, and a retoucher merges the two and removes the mannequin. Every product needs studio time, lighting and a per-item retouching fee.
AI ghost mannequin combines those steps: from one photo you already have, it produces a clean, person-free shot while keeping the product.

It makes the biggest difference on garments with volume: jackets, coats, shirts, tees, sweatshirts, dresses and knitwear. For the best result the whole product should be in frame; cropped sleeves or hems mean a cropped result. If hair, hands or a bag cover the front of the product, the hidden part has to be guessed, so pick a frame where the product is clearly visible.
